State Court Initiatives Project Team

Electronic discovery issues are not unique to litigation in federal court, but also arise in cases pending in state courts throughout the country.  The State Court Initiatives Project Team has been established to provide a liaison with judges and attorneys handling e-discovery issues in state courts and a forum for discussing how the Council's principles can be applied in state court litigation.
